Great parallel mobility

Grow thorns

Merge w/ any plant-life (where he also takes on the characteristics of that plant as well)

Dig easily

Sharp claws can slice and dice and puncture

Spread tendrils underground for an attack

Use regrowable seeds on back as bombs that can be lethal and non-lethal

Fly-trap around head is strong and durable enough to hold a single person or thing inside

Fire

cold

underexposure to sunlight and herbicides

RANDOMON FACT:

Wildvine is known to be Ben's most oddest looking alien, which was joked about at a few points in the show
